Indications
Peripheral vascular disturbances; acroparaesthesia; endangiitis obliterans; peripheral cyanosis; intermittent claudication, Raynaud’s syndrome; venous conditions. Muscular cramps.
Mode of action
Aesculus: Generalized venous congestion, particularly in the pelvis, sacroiliac, back, and hips; varices, hemorrhoids.
Cuprum aceticum: Spasmodic constriction of voluntary and involuntary muscles, cramps in muscles of the legs and calves; muscular twitching.
Potentilla anserina: Various types of spasms; cramps in the muscles of the calves.
Secale cornutum: Acts mainly on the circulation, useful for circulatory imbalances; claudication; cramping in the legs on walking or exerting; gangrene with numbness of the distal extremities; formication of the extremities; burning, constricting pains of the legs, better from cold; Raynaud’s syndrome.
Tabacum: Muscular cramping of the limbs accompanied by weakness and formication; coldness of the extremities; spasms or jerking of the limbs.
Veratrum album: Sensation of coldness throughout the entire body, sensation as if “ice-water” in the veins; cramps and twitches of the extremities; Raynaud’s syndrome.
