Affections of the abdomen, cyst – left side
Indications
Left-sided affections of the abdomen; left-sided affections of the ovaries, parametrium, or adnexa ateri. Effective in cases of inflammation including: adnexitis, salpingitis, parametritis; ovarian cysts, tumors. Poor cicatrization following surgery. R39 may be also utilized prior to or as an adjunct to surgical intervention.
Mode of action
Lachesis: Burning, convulsive pains in the left abdomen with congestive flushing. Ovarian tumors or cysts, especially on the left side.
Lycopodium: Specific action on convulsive pains originating around the descending and sigmoid colon; distension of the abdomen; fears of cancer; afflictions begin on the right and move to the left side.
Palladium metallicum: Acute and chronic ovarian cystic inflammation and pain; pain is worse after menses, after excitement, better lying on the left side.
Saxifraga: Uterine prolapse; indicated for left-sided renal calculi. Pains radiate to the upper body and may be accompanied by renal calculi or intestinal pains; irritation and inflammation are reflexed to several organs.
Vespa crabro: Pain and inflammation of the left ovary, tenderness; frequent micturition; pain in the sacrum.
