Description
For the reduction of hot flashes, night sweats and other symptoms of menopause.
The term menopause means one year with no menstrual cycle. Perimenopause is the 10–15 years leading up to menopause. Both times in a woman’s life can bring unwelcome symptoms. MenoSense contains natural ingredients to help relieve the symptoms associated with menopause and perimenopause. Black cohosh, chasteberry, gamma-oryzanol, hesperidin, and dong quai will help balance fluctuating hormone levels and ease the transition through menopause.
MenoSense is recommended by health care practitioners for treatment of symptoms of menopause including hot flashes, night sweats and more.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Why does the label on my bottle of MenoSense show “Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 year”?
This is a government regulatory requirement that must show on our labels once the NPN number is issued. Rest assured there are many women who have been using the product well beyond one year with no concern. However, as a precaution we do recommend you consult your health care practitioner.
What is menopause?
The average age of menopause is 52 years. Clinically, it means one year with no menstrual period. Most women experience mild to moderate menopausal symptoms, some of which include (but are not limited to) hot flashes, night sweats, memory problems, fatigue, weight gain, loss of libido and headaches.
What is perimenopause?
Perimenopause is the 10-15 years before menopause, during which it’s also common for women to suffer a multitude of hormonal complaints as their hormones shift (similar to how they do during puberty).
I have had a total hysterectomy, everything was removed. Which of your products would you recommend for someone not going through the normal onset of menopause, knowing that I need to stay away from progesterone?
When a woman goes through menopause either naturally or through conventional methods, such as a hysterectomy, the adrenal glands will assume the role of hormone production so that she goes through menopause smoothly. With this in mind it is recommended to take MenoSense (following label directions) as well as AdrenaSense to help support the adrenals.
Is it okay for me to take MenoSense if I currently take a blood thinner?
Since dong quai contains coumarins, which are natural blood thinners, caution may be in order for those currently on blood thinning medication. We advise in this situation to consult your own GP, ND or health care practitioner.
Is MenoSense gluten free?
Yes, we do have confirmation on file that there is no gluten added and no gluten present in MenoSense. However, our manufacturing facility is NOT a gluten free facility, and as we do process products that contain gluten we are unable to confirm 100% that there is no possibility of cross contamination.
