Zinc Citrate absorption was the highest in a study on Anorexia Nervosa using several difference zinc forms. The levels of zinc in serum, plasma and urine increased the most with Zinc Citrate[1]. Hair analysis is an excellent method for evaluating zinc status and monitoring method.

Suggested Use

Recommended dose: Adults, take 1-3 capsule daily. Take on an empty stomach for improved absorption.

Contraindications: Zinc can lower copper levels.
