Suggested Use

Dosage (adults): Take one packet of Stress Pack twice a day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other health products. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Drink one glass (250 mL) of purified water with each packet. Consult a practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Risk Information

Consult a practitioner prior to use if you are under going hormone replacement therapy (HRT); taking medications for birth control, diabetes, high blood pressure, seizures; or if you are taking sulfonamides, anticoagulants, anti-depressants or digoxin. Consult a practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, asthma, stomach ulcers/inflammation, an autoimmune disorder, any type of acute infection, depression and/or related diseases, liver disorder or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Consult a practitioner if symptoms persist/worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Keep out of the reach of children. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. If you experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, heartburn or diarrhea, discontinue use and consult a practitioner. Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or if you are allergic to bee products, pollen, iodine, iodine supplements, acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), other salicylates, anethole or plants of the daisy or carrot family. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder, bipolar spectrum disorder, high blood pressure, a history of systemic lupus erythematosus or if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, ASA, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Allergies have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Some people may experience insomnia, irritability, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort, fatigue, lack of energy, dizziness, chest congestion, mild fever, perspiration, sore throat/mouth, rash, mouth ulcers, increased heartbeat and/or increased respiration rate in some individuals.
