Did you know?
Modern health problems are in part due to the decline in the amount of fiber we eat. There are two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. Both types of fiber are essential to a healthy diet. Soluble fiber helps absorb fats particles and waste material in the intestines; while insoluble fiber provides the indigestible bulk to form stools and help remove intestinal waste and keep one regular.
