Suggested Use

Dosage

Adults (≥ 18 years): take 4 drops 4 times daily in a little water first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and twice during the day or as directed by a health care practitioner.

If mixing with other Flower Essence remedies reduce dosage to 2 drops.
