Black Radish is rich in vitamins B and C, sulphur and fibre. It acts as an antioxidant and is beneficial to the digestive system. Black radish creates a tonic effect on all aspects of the digestive system and is thought to activate the liver cells, maintain a healthy gallbladder, aid digestion and facilitate a diuretic effect.
