Infused Water

Tired of drinking plain old water? You need a water upgrade! Infused water is a smart way to give your water a slight flavor without the sugar and additives! You can even buy water bottles or water jugs with a section for your “infusion mix”! You don’t need a special water bottle though, you can add these fruits, veggies or whatever to almost any drink container. There is an endless list of things to add to your water! You can add; fruits, vegetables, herbs, natural sweeteners, Real Salt and even spices! Here are a few ideas to help get you started.

Real Salt is an incredible way to replenish lost electrolytes through heavy labor, sweat, etc. Just a pinch in a water bottle will help you hydrate more efficiently and help your body store up those electrolytes again!

You can use any number of these fruits, veggies, herbs, spices, etc. If you have some fruit that is frozen, that is a great way to keep the water cold as well! You could even add Stevia (our flavored Stevia will be 20% off this August) or honey. Maybe mix it up and try coconut water or soda water, if you have a soda stream just bubble some water and use that for a fun spin on infused water. Find a mix that you love and have fun with it!
