Amanda’s Chocolate PB Protein Shake


  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I have also used vanilla protein powder and added 1 tsp cocoa powder)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice (or more depending on preference)
  • 1 cup milk (use whatever kind you have on hand)

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth
