Affirmation statements: Living Life Like our Glass is Half Full
One of the many (many!) features of the Zyto Elite includes the emotional side of health. The Zyto can scan to see which emotion is affecting a person the most and in turn possibly come up with an affirmation statement or Bach flower for that person to use.
The idea of an affirmation statement, specifically, is that if you repeat a certain positive phrase enough times and visualize it in your life, it will eventually manifest as reality. For example, if you are having a hard time with a new diet or workout routine and you feel like giving up, you should create an affirmation such as “Every day, in every way, I am getting healthier and healthier and I am feeling better and better” and keep repeating it daily until you make it a reality and believe that statement above all else.
The best way to describe how PYSCH-K and other affirmation statements work, it’s easiest to use the analogy of the computer. With a computer, you put in an input, the computer processes it, and then you get back your output. The output is based on what you enter into the computer. Like a computer, your subconscious takes input (your thoughts), processes them, and outputs those thoughts. So, if you are constantly feeding your subconscious with negative thoughts, it will lead to negative actions and negative results. But if you can replace those negative thoughts with positive ones, you will get positive actions that lead to positive results.
It is very hard to change the subconscious mind, which is why repeating affirmations statements frequently and consistently is needed for optimal results. The more you can vocalize or write down and visualize your affirmation statement the better.
Along with helping you reach your goals, the affirmation statement helps you be more optimistic which will help you live a more positive life and is better for your overall health.
We all have people in our lives that are always negative about everything and if you notice those people seem to be always sick and are not as fun to be around, most people know other people who have a more optimistic outlook on life and those people are nicer to be around because they can make even the most negative situation seem not so bad. We should all try and be more like the optimists than the pessimists, the world would be a much happier place if we could all live like the glass is half full!
If you can’t come in for a Zyto Scan or are unsure if you are ready, you can come up with an affirmation statement yourself. Think about something that you want to change about your life it could be anything from your health, wealth, relationship status with people in your life (co-workers, spouse, child, friend etc.) or even your self-esteem and how you want to change that aspect of your life for the better. It only needs to be a sentence or 2, something that you feel comfortable saying out loud in front of the mirror and repeating when you are exercising or even just before you fall asleep at night. Here are a couple of examples I found:
-I think only positive thoughts and am always happy and joyous, no matter what the external conditions are.
-I always feel good. As a result, my body feels good and I radiate good feelings.
-I will strive to express love and respect on a daily basis
-When I wake up in the morning, I plan for a good day. My Anticipation attracts positive experiences to me.
-All is well in my world. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe!
-Today, no person, place, or thing can irritate or annoy me. I choose to be at peace.
